Welcome to Paling Yards Olive Grove

Our Story
Paling Yards Grove began in 1999 with the planting of 2000 trees on the family property, located in the Central West Slopes and Plains of New South Wales, approximately 35 km's west of Orange. 
In 2004 this grew to 3000 tree's to accomodate the growth of the Paling Yards business. Ross and Trish Bragg own and mange the grove, harvesting olives for their delicious extra virgin olive oil, and also a boutique range of salad dressings and dukkah. This operation is done from Paling Yards headquarters, right next door to the grove.
